(4) Weeks – (2.5hr) each Class - In depth Coverage on Yamas & Niyamas (Yoga Philosophy & Code of Ethics) Required Reading: Deborah Adele's "The Yamas & the Niyamas" This book is offered in our retail store for $14.00 Chapters will be assigned week to week. (Contact studio for more information) (4) Week Yoga Workshop focusing on Fire Fly Yoga & Reiki School’s Motto: “Ignite the Soul! Heal Your Heart!” Each week will be focus on: LOVE, GRATITUDE & ABUNDANCE, FORGIVENESS, SURRENDER Touching upon some yoga philosophy and code of ethics and how that pertains to your own personal growth and healing. Optional Reading: Deborah Adele's "Yamas & Niyamas" Each Class Session will include: (45 min) yoga practice (Slow Flow, Power Flow, Restorative/Yin), Discussion, Self-Exploration, Journaling, some Sound Healing (with Gong/Crystal Bowl(s). Recommended reading, Journal prompts. This workshop is self-discovery, journey looking inward, uncovering the truth of yourself, being open & expanding the heart. Guidance to choosing to live large and not small. Encouraging to be brave by showing vulnerability and compassion not just with yourself but with others too. This Mini Workshop Retreat will be held at a private residence outdoors. Required to bring: Yoga Mat Deborah Adele's "Yama & Niyamas" book Pen, Highlighter Journal All the snacks & drinks you wish There will be no entering private residence except to use the restroom.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds, No credits, Non-Transferable. No exceptions. If you must reschedule reiki or yoga session, there will be a fee of $25 for 60 min scheduled appointments or $50 for 90 minute scheduled appointments. For Rescheduling, Reiki Trainings, the reschedule fee will be from $75-$100 depending on which booking you have committed to. This fee is to compensate the instructor's time for setting aside their time for you. By making this purchase you agree to all terms, policies, liability waiver, & media/image release as written on this website & physical forms which you agree to sign at the start of your appointment, training or workshop.
